Welcome to A D Resolution! As a provider of alternative dispute resolution services throughout Northern California and beyond, we help businesses and individuals resolve their disputes and conflicts faster, in a friendly environment, with fair results, that are final. As ADR grows and broadens its applications, new and varied processes are continuing to develop. Although our primary services are arbitrations and mediations, we will assist parties in selecting or designing a particular ADR process that meets the needs of the particular case, including mini trials, neutral fact finding, med-arb, and arb-med.
We also recognize that some people may not have tremendous flexibility in their normal work day to fully participate in an ADR process (for example small business owners, medical personnel, or seasonal workers). As a result, we offer the flexibility of scheduling sessions in the evenings or on week-ends.
All of our charges and expenses are included in our half-day or daily rates. These rates include all preparation time and post-session time by the ADR neutral. There are no additional administrative charges (copying costs, postage, conference room rent, etc.) unless the cost is extraordinary and agreed to by the parties. We do require prepayment of a portion of the anticipated fees, determined by the duration of time reserved. Hourly rates are available in certain cases.
